Mmh, we first did sand the floors before painting the walls. That was the advice we did get.
It depends on the sander. We should be okay.
Owning a house is great but also some kind of bottomless pit. It keeps on attracting work, time, and so on.
It is a lifestyle choice too. not owning a house gives freedom, but what do most do with the freedom?
Start with the big coins, then help them explore other options. I know a few people I have introduced who decided to get into random small tokens and got rekt - but have no btc, eth etc...
