Powerful words indeed. And while I applaud you on pointing out the BS, to put it mildly. Should the focus not be on the everyday Joe who is allowing this to happen?
On one hand we can blame the politicians and the deep state and whatever arm of the dominator culture we want, but at the end of the day, the people participate; whether through viewing and internalizing these lies fed to them by the media or the schools. Or through voting for these puppets. Or using their hard earned cash to feed a system that continues to screw them over.
Let's be realistic, the boots on the ground these big wigs talk about are the ordinary middle and working class kids who line up behind a flag and an anthem and go fight for a so-called worthy cause.
Unless we get to the place where people acknowledge their complicity and address it, these things will continue.
That said, Breitbart leaves a lot to be desired where news reportage is concerned also.
I welcome your critique, and you make some good points. It is very important that children in the US education system are taught to use critical thinking skills, absolutely. They should question authority and be taught to see through the layers of indoctrination in both the media and schools. This is not something that can happen overnight, we're talking about literally decades of cultural and social engineering.
But this IS a way of communicating to the average person.
This piece is not about 'blame', this is about seeing through propaganda. I hope you can see that.
The way to begin the process your talking about often occurs through seeing through the lies of one topic that can lead to a greater realization as it extends to the system of control.
