How to make a vegetable omelet

For children who are reluctant to eat vegetables, omelets with extra carrots and spinach could certainly increase their appetite. How do I membuatomelet like this?

How to make a vegetable omelette:

  1. beat the egg, then season to taste with garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. put carrots, broccoli, and spinach into the egg. Add flour already reconstituted with 1 tablespoon water.
  4. heat Nonstick Skillet in cooking oil, then FRY over low heat until eggs are cooked. Behind both sides so perfectly ripe.
