100% of something is all of that something. That's an absolute everything. There is no room for anything else. It's quite a statement to make. It's prudent to look at how accurate such a statement is.
That brings me to the claim of 100% control. Control of what? You can't really control hundred percent of everything. As long as there are people who choose to exercise their free will, there will be limits on the control that can be exerted by authoritarians who seek to do so.
Barring some nanotechnology and AI that subsumes your own free will making you essentially a biological robot that obeys commands, there will always be some degree of freedom and never 100% control.
That doesn't mean hundred percent control isn't the goal. Or that there can't be other things that have hundred percent control over them.
Catherine Austin Fitts is claiming the plan is to achieve 100% control over financial assets
This attempt at total financial control will come about through the central banks and the CDBC, the central bank digital currencies.
The goal is to digitize all financial transactions, wherein your employment and salary provided will be tied eventually to a digital passport for identification and alleged security purposes. This passport will be monitored and controlled digitally, where they will have the ability to enable or disable your financial freedom as they see fit.
This is why China's social credit system is a blueprint for where the rest of the authoritarian world will be headed in. If you do something that displeases the authoritarian government, they can decrease your social credit score and have subsequent automated smart contracts activate according to the score you have.
The blackmarket agora is the future for free people, as most people will simply accept and submit to this coming control.
