its formed from Two men are standing on opposite ends, and they appear to be peeing , many weird and creative stuff you can find in the Beautiful Prague city

Hahaha I was there because my friend used to sell ice cream right in front of it :D That's outside the Kafka Museum in Lesser Town - it's actually called a Piss Sculpture which I find beautiful because it's simply not misleading :D
