Hello,
today I landed in Bamberg for the first time.
I have to say quite a beautiful city. It wasn't as crowded with tourists as expected. I took a little walk through the city center and at the end of my trip I saw what can be seen in the picture.
A corner shop, in German called Tante Emma Laden! I've heard of it but never saw one. I'm still young in the Federal Republic. These small shops are closed by the discounters anyway.
Two locals were there just buying the food (box of beer) for the evening.
I briefly saw this type of shop on Wikipedia and one of the shops in the photos is exactly this. I think there are very few today that exist anywhere. During the day it is the discounters and nighs the petrol stations that have closed these shops.
It was nice to see a bit of history today.

heute bin ich das erste mal im Bamberg gelandet.
Ganz schöne Stadt muss ich sagen. Es war nicht so voll von Touristen wie erwartet. Ich habe einen kleine Spaziergang gemacht durch den Stadtzentrum und am Ende meiner Reise habe ich das was im Bild zu sehen ist gesehen.
Ein Tante Emma Laden! Ich habe davon gehört aber nie eins gesehen. Bin noch jung in der Bundesrepublik. Diese kleinen Läden werden sowieso von den Discounter bedrengt.
Zwei Einheimische waren da gerade beim Kauf der Nahrung (Kasten Bier) fürs Abend.
Ich habe mal kurz auf Wikipedia über diese Typ von Laden gesehen und einer der Läden in den Fotos ist genau dieses. Ich denke es gibt sehr wenige heute die irgendwo existieren. Tagsüber sind es die Diskounter und Nachs die Tankstellen die diese Läden zugemacht haben.
War schön ein bisschen Geschichte heute zu sehen.
