Could you help me? in 2018 my girlfriend and I are together for 10 years. We are thinking of going on a wonderful holiday, which we have deserved after we have held it together for so long. Now we are doubting where to go, maybe you can give us a tip.
We are thinking of going on holiday in early 2018, then it is often very cold in the Netherlands. we like to go to the sun, so we think of sunny tropical destinations.

Cruise in Caribbean
Our thoughts are now to book a cruise to the Caribbean, does any of you have any experience with this? It seems nice to visit several islands and to relax in the sun while we are traveling. We do wonder if a cruise vacation is fun.

The first plan was a vacation to Mauritius, really a honeymoon location. only it may seem boring to us because you are stuck on this island. the location is fantastic of course. We read that in the case of mauritius sometimes pirates come to the island and abduct people. Does anyone have experience with Mauritius?

This week I read a blog from a traveler to Thailand on an internet. This lady went from island to island in thailand. Backpacking in Thailand sounds nice, but I'm afraid we will not like this. The photos of that blogger were so great, had almost booked a plane ticket.
Do you have any tips for us where to go? Our budget is not very small, but also not very big.
