Today we want to bring you discovering one of the most beautiful Italian islands: Ponza!
We are in Lazio region, Latina province, central Italy.
About 3300 people live on this small island.
The territory is predominantly hilly and has incredible beauty.
How to reach this island? By ferry, from Terracina, Anzio, Formia, Ventotene or Naples Mergellina. On the Direct Ferries website, you will find all the information.
What to see once you get to Ponza?
We leave you a series of photos taken during our short vacation on the island.
In Summer it is very touristy so, we suggest you to book well in advance!
Ponza City: colorful houses seen from afar, fishermen and tranquility.
Walks: take the bus and let yourself be transported for a sightseeing tour around the island.
Don’t be afraid to get lost, the bus follows a simple route and given the small size of the island, you cannot get away too much! Go down where you prefer and continue your walk.
You will find colorful flowers and beautiful landscapes waiting for you.
Diving: or a nice boat trip. Enjoy this blue sea the way you like it.
On the island there are many guides and scuba diving centers that will show you the beauties of Ponza!

Oggi vi portiamo alla scoperta di una bellissima isola italiana: Ponza!
Ci troviamo nel Lazio, in provincia di Latina, nel Centro Italia.
Su questa piccola isola vivono circa 3300 persone.
Il territorio è prevalentemente collinare e dotato di incredibile bellezza.
Come raggiungere quest’isola? In traghetto, da Terracina, Anzio, Formia, Ventotene oppure Napoli Mergellina. Sul sito Direct Ferries troverete tutte le informazioni.
Cosa vedere una volta arrivati a Ponza?
Vi lasciamo una serie di foto scattate durante una nostra breve vacanza sull’isola.
In Estate è molto turistica quindi, mi raccomando, prenotate con largo anticipo!
Ponza, città: casette colorate avvistabili da lontano, pescatori e tranquillità.
Passeggiate: prendete l’autobus e lasciatevi trasportare per un giro turistico intorno all’isola.
Non abbiate paura di perdervi, l’autobus segue un percorso semplice e date le dimensioni ridotte dell’isola, non potrete allontanarvi troppo! Scendete dove preferite e continuate la vostra passeggiata. Troverete fiori colorati e paesaggi bellissimi ad aspettarvi.
Immersioni: oppure una bella gita in barca. Godetevi questo mare blu nel modo che preferite.
Sull’isola ci sono molte guide turistiche e guide subacquee gentilissime che sapranno mostrarvi le bellezze di Ponza!
