Swat my hometown is a river valley and an administrative district in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. It is the upper valley of the Swat River, which rises in the Hindu Kush range.With high mountains, green meadows, and clear lakes, it is a place of great natural beauty and is popular with tourists,said to be the Switzerland of Pakistan it is one of the most serene and peaceful places one can visit.

That is absolutely beautiful country. Getting close to nature like that-for example laying in a boat and relaxing-does wonders for our mental state and spirituality.
