Se me hace difícil cuando voy a lugares y no encuentro sentido para estar ahí. No tiene que ser viajando simplemente a veces voy a lugares como un cine y la peli no me gusta, o una muestra de arte y tampoco me llega lo que veo una reunión con gente que conozco o que no conozco me pasa. Y cuando me pasa tengo dos opciones surfeo la ola y me quedo la pongo onda y trato de buscar algo que me haga cercano a esa situación lugar o circunstancia o irme directamente. Pero no hablamos de una tercera opción que es que te explote la mente luego de haber intentado conectar. Eso me paso con Jujuy.
Cuando llegue no se si era simplemente yo que estaría pasando por algún momento o circunstancia pero me costó empatizar con el lugar, con la gente. Los colores eran combinaciones de diferentes tonos de tierra, piedra y colores de ese tipo y era bastante seco. Calor de día y frío de noche. Por suerte fui con un grupo de amigos y en algún momento todo cambió. No me acuerdo que paso, creo que fue una reserva y se nos callo y no pudimos quedarnos en un lugar así que decidimos agarrar el auto e irnos para otro lado. Resultó que llegamos a un destino que no estaba en los planes y me cambió todo.
Miren lo que esa foto, parece Jujuy la que conocemos en fotos? pues para mi no lo parecía hasta ese momento. En mi cabeza, esta provincia era de piedras, montañas salinas y nada más, pero es un error. Jujuy tiene montañas, cascadas, vegetación, cielos estrellados únicos y está llena de vida. Hicimos caminatas por entre medio de cascadas hermosas lugares que me sacaban a otros que no se podía entender como existía eso después de pasar por esa pequeña entrada. Mi menten estaba super estimulada, parecia una broma que despues de una cueva arida y de color tierra encontrasemos una cascada llena de moh agua y vegetacion, no se entendia.
También tuvimos la suerte de poder hacer bajadas desde montañas muy altas asistidos por guías experimentados que nos hicieron de gran compañía compartiendo con nosotros experiencias y siendo muy gentiles con nosotros, realmente fue muy divertido.
A mi me sirvió mucho este viaje porque me uní un montón con mis amigos, estuvimos mucho tiempo juntos, y nunca habíamos pasado tanto tiempo compartiendo, conviviendo y eso o te separa o te une más y eso nos pasó. Nos unimos mucho los 3.

Lo más increíble que hicimos fue que los guías nos propusieron ir a hacer un acampe en una cueva pasar toda la noche ahí luego de un dia largo de caminata para llegar y contemplar las estrellas desde adentro de la cueva a la que fuimos, fue una de las cosas más hermosas que me tocó experimentar en mi vida. Esta es la entrada a la cueva que nos cobijo esa noche.

La experiencia terminó enamorándome. Solo quería quedarme y que las vacaciones con mis amigos no se acaben, que nuestras charlas no finalicen, que los acampes sean en esa misma cueva y que como niños la aventura no termine. Porque eso fue lo que sentí estar experimentando ese viaje desde el lugar de un niño siempre sorprendido por la aventura, por lo inesperado de saber a dónde me iba a llevar ese camino, por compartir con amigos.
Por seguir siendo un niño.

It is difficult for me when I go to places and I don't make sense to be there. It doesn't have to be traveling, sometimes I go to places like a movie theater and I don't like the movie, or an art show and I don't like what I see, or a meeting with people I know or don't know. And when it happens to me I have two options: surf the wave and I stay there, I put the vibe and try to find something that makes me close to that situation, place or circumstance, or I go directly. But we don't talk about a third option, which is that your mind explodes after having tried to connect. That happened to me with Jujuy.
When I arrived I don't know if it was just me going through some moment or circumstance but I had a hard time empathizing with the place, with the people. The colors were combinations of different shades of earth, stone and colors like that and it was quite dry. Hot during the day and cold at night. Luckily I went with a group of friends and at some point everything changed. I don't remember what happened, I think it was a reservation and it fell through and we couldn't stay in one place so we decided to take the car and go somewhere else. It turned out that we arrived at a destination that was not in the plans and it changed everything for me.
Look at that picture, it looks like Jujuy as we know it in pictures? for me it didn't look like that until that moment. In my head, this province was all about rocks, salt mountains and nothing else, but that's a mistake. Jujuy has mountains, waterfalls, vegetation, unique starry skies and is full of life. We hiked through beautiful waterfalls, places that took me to other places that I could not understand how it existed after passing through that small entrance. My mind was super stimulated, it seemed like a joke that after an arid and earth-colored cave we found a waterfall full of water and vegetation, it was hard to understand.
We were also fortunate to be able to make descents from very high mountains assisted by experienced guides who made us great company sharing with us experiences and being very gentle with us, it was really fun.
This trip was very useful for me because I bonded a lot with my friends, we spent a lot of time together, and we had never spent so much time sharing, living together and that either separates you or unites you more and that happened to us. The three of us became very close.
The most incredible thing we did was that the guides proposed us to go camping in a cave and spend the whole night there after a long day of hiking to get there and contemplate the stars from inside the cave, it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever experienced in my life. This is the entrance to the cave that sheltered us that night.
I ended up falling in love with the experience. I just wanted to stay and that the vacations with my friends would not end, that our talks would not end, that the camping would be in that same cave and that as children the adventure would not end. Because that was what it felt like to be experiencing that trip from the place of a child always surprised by the adventure, by the unexpectedness of knowing where that road was going to take me, by sharing with friends.
