Ilocos norte should be the alternative to Boracay of the Philippines, especially for Manila residences.
One of the best sites from the Northern part of Luzon.

yes... locals and tourists are so into Palawan.....they miss other beautiful places....
Let's show them those other places? But you know, with what happened to Boracay, i much prefer now to leave places as they are. But then again, it's an income for the locals.
