Completely agree. I find that because of what I have done in the past, either by choice or by being directed that way by others, has definitely guided me into being my own self. I can't say that I think no one should ever do anything that they don't want to, because some of those things have made more of an impact on me than anything else, but when you are conforming yourself to others, that is where the problem arises.
