After my Sagada adventure, I headed out to Baguio City. I had a few stops along the way because the trip was about 6 hours long. During my journey, I got the opportunity to stop at the highest point of the Philippine Highway System. At that point, I caught sight of the panoramic view of the mountain range. It was a breathtaking experience and I felt like I was literally on top of the world.
When I arrived in Baguio City, I visited Mines View Park. It is one of the popular tourist spots there. I was able to see the mining town of Itogon and the surrounding mountains from there. The park also offered me the opportunity to dress up in traditional Cordilleran attire for photo purposes. If you visit this place you can try this traditional attire and have your photos taken in different spots within the park.

I spotted a number of people queuing near the park to take photos with this cuddly dog. I don't know what breed it is, but this dog has been trained to participate in photo shooting activity.
I also visited Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad, Benguet near Baguio City. It is another popular tourist destination because it is known for its bountiful strawberry production. I experienced picking up fresh strawberries directly from the field since the farm offers this activity for visitors.
There are so many activities to do and places to visit there but I had limited time during my travel. When I return to the Philippines, I will definitely visit other interesting spots there.
