Have you ever been to Koh Samui? In this article, we will show you how nice you can eat dinner at the beach.
Last month we were back on the Thai island of Koh Samui. The mother-in-law came to visit for the first time since our departure in 2016. Until then, the contact was kept only by phone us videos. They were lovely 3 weeks with the family, in which we experienced a lot together.
To the delight we drove in the evening to the Anantara Resort and have come surprisingly just right. Once a week, a dinner is held on the beach. Accompanied by Thai music and dance.
The whole thing starts at first the bar is opened. All guests who have booked this special dinner can choose their drinks from a menu. After about 30min the buffet is opened. Beautifully built right on the beach and the tables stand in the soft sand and wait to be taken.
The buffet was really incredible. There were all variations of the Thai cuisine, we did not know where to start and stop. Price is really very cheap, considering that it is a 5 star resort. Per person was including drinks and buffet at 1200 baht
The next time you are on Koh Samui, this dinner is very worth it and maybe you'll surprise your companion with it ;-)
