Waiting
Lately I’ve been waiting, waiting for that moment when I first notice that I can hear the wind blowing through the leaves again. It’s a moment I wait for every year.
I can see the leaves. I know they are there, but I haven’t heard them yet.
Colors
Lately it has been very easy to discover the small things and the tiny changes that happen all around us everyday. Beginning with the walks I have been taking in the morning and continuing into the lengthening evenings.
Posture and Attitude
Lately I feel like I’ve been standing a little straighter and looking into the future a little more directly. I believe it to be the result of a lot of tiny decisions that have had a big impact on my attitude.
Shape and Form
Lately I’ve been reminded that the only power we really have is to choose the way in which we move forward, regardless of our pasts and the current shape/form of things.
It's great to have a good idea of getting you to hear the wind again when you're missing out on the air. Your pictures are really complimentary.
Thank you for the picture compliment. As for the wind, I heard a friend’s mother talk about this moment years ago and it made a big impression on me. Now I look forward to that moment every year.

Prayer can even change the past ;) Spring has been very delayed here, I guess last week it was still snowing and freezing rain but yesterday I saw the first flower on the lawn so it finally seems like spring.
My parents have said the same thing about spring this year. I think they still had snow last week. Where I grew up in Western NY, every year was different, but I always remember March being the longest month.
Usually it was considered a freak storm for it to snow on April 1 yet it was still snowing 2-3 weeks into the month this year.
Something good has happened to you that explain all those subtle changes!?
The reverse actually. Those subtle changes have been a lot of good decisions repeated over and over again, and now they are leading toward a lot of positive feeling things.

Agreed, I too am waiting, albeit not very patiently now, for the sound or sight of leaves! Spring is taking its time this year here in Michigan. Great shots and thanks for taking part, and here Tuesday is soon on its way again.
