For any state, the first issue is the issue of energy supply. As food and water for people, electricity is primarily important for the economy.

Для любого государства первоочередной вопрос это вопрос об энергетическом снабжении. Как пища и вода для людей то для экономики в первую очередь важна электроэнергия.

Если ранее о биткойне и криптовалюте в целом говорили как о продукте лежащим вне влияния государственной власти, то с увеличением сложности вычисления и растущего сектора в майнинге криптовалют, начинает прослеживаться зависимость от потребляемой электроэнергии. Причем это нарастающий фактор, сложность растет – растет количество необходимой для его вычисления энергии непосрендственно оказывающий решающее влияние на стоимость биткойна на рынке.

Кроме того имеются уже и факты непосредственного влияния на майнинг со стороны государственных структур – в первую очередь это касается санкций введенных властями Китая в 2018 году, где сосредоточено 80% всех мощностей добычи крипто, направленных на предпринимателей занятых в индустрии криптодобычи. То же происходит и в США, но на уровне местных властей, для которых лимиты электроэнергии для потребления уже малы чтобы беспроблемно обеспечивать отрасль майнинга на своих территориях. Даже поставляющие энергокомпании уже начинают нормировать майнинг, подобные случаи были в Италии и Канаде.
