ULOG#5 YAY! I found a place to stay

in #ulog6 years ago

It was hard looking for a place. I stayed up late because I can't really rest without solving my problem. LOL. Fortunately, I was able to find a room near my workplace. I'm sharing it with 2 other people. My roommates are pretty nice too. I'll just have to bring my clothes and all. After my success, I decided to finally sleep. Two hours after, I woke up with a migraine. This isn't healthy hahaha. I think I need to drink tea at night again. I used to do that during college to relax and to also combat my insomnia. What do you guys even do to fight insomnia?. I also cut my consumption on coffee. I only have it once - in the morning. Trust me, its hard as hell.

One problem down. On to the next ones. It's hard that I keep on receiving messages from friends not supporting my decisions. I actually decided to delete my facebook but first I have to download some photos before that. I still have it deactivated though and is still using messenger as of the moment. I feel like I don't like it there anymore so I decided that I'll do this just for myself.

Quite hard because I have almost all of my memories there which actually alarms me. It's like my whole life is there. I'm still going to use my twitter though. It's straightforward and it suits me more.

This is excellent news! Congratulations on finding a place to stay.
I don't fight insomnia anymore, but lately I've been drinking a cup of Matcha tea at night and it helps me relax.

I saw a thing about migraines too. I thought it was crap until I tried it. If you catch it early enough, fill a bathtub or bucket with warm water, enough to cover your feet up to your ankles. Put an ice pack on the back of your neck, then also put your hands in the warm water. It takes about 5 minutes for me to feel better. Maybe it will help you too?

I know right!!! :D Thank you for the suggestions @merej99. I actually just brought matcha tea and I will try to drink it every night. My migraines are always bad so I'll keep this in mind when it hits me.

Good for you! I only take coffee now before 3pm..decaf anytime after that. As for tea, they said camomile is great but whatever works for you. Try massage.

Thanks! Yes, I've seen people recommending that. I'll probably try massage. Only tried it once and they said my shoulders were too stressed and tense. That will probably be a good relaxing routine.

Experience-wise yes..swedish is great, you can chose how deep is it, moderate on the legs and go deeper for your back. Whatever is comfortable for you.

How often do you have it?

My body tells me when I need one..listen to it. You know that feeling of tiredness or about to have a flu? Massage is relaxing and it energizes your body. Depends kc on what your job is. Every week or every other week...every other day...not daily.
