When you’re working away from your family, you learn how to be strong. You learn how to become an independent person. You learn how to be alone. You learn how to live on your own. And yes, it’s hard and sad because for me, a girl who is used to be with my family, i always miss home—my family and all of our laughs and jokes. Honestly, I pity people who work just near their home and see their family after work. It’s like even when you get tired because of tons of work and toxicity, you become recharged once you see your family.
And that’s how i feel everytime i go home to Bulacan. I feel recharged. I also feel happy and contented with my life just seeing my family, especially my nephew. My nephew, Xander is growing up so fast. He’s now 3 yrs old and im happy that he’s able to talk many words now. Sometimes, he doesn’t want me but often times, he wants to play me so i always grab that opportunity. Haha! Last time i went home, xander really wanted to play with me. We acted like we were superheroes and fight. He always want to win that’s why i always acting dead. Haha. I just miss those moments. I just want day offs again so i could be with them again.
Simple things can still make a wonderful life! You just learn how to value time with people you love!❤️
