I also agree with what @neoxian has said. This should be an important topic for discussion. Till today Netuoso has received 65670.561 HBD as a payment from the proposal system. Maybe he is doing a lot of work in the background or is only providing updates to people who have voted his proposal. A little more visibility or update from him would be of great help for the community to understand why he is being paid that much from the Hive inflation fund and what type of work is being involved. I believe people who have voted his proposal are also not voting him blindly.

On a separate note, there should be a vote decay and downvote option implemented for both proposal systems as well as witness votes so that people can refresh their votes from time to time based on the actual contributions they do.
