Generosity is the key to becoming influential. How to give back effectively? Begin with those already contributing the most and repeat!
Will we test a new system together to show our gratitude to the authors supporting us the most alongside our existing system because we will feel great about helping newer authors build a following and see an example of how to build deeper relationships with those already giving the most to us? While many of us are obsessed with how much we earn on each post, how much time and energy do we invest thinking about how much we are giving back to those already helping us earn? If we are trying to earn more on Steem, the simple way to do it seems to just give back more first and create high quality posts.

Well this is gain a great attempt by you sir @jerrybanfield to give some exposures to fellow steemians. All these posts are just great and knowledgeable. I read most of them wholeheartedly. I have learned something from each posts. This 'upvotable' thing is also helping 'learning' steemians get some recognition and motivate them to do even better. Thanks a lot to you sir. I'm not sure if there's a time restriction on making suggestions for posts I've found have significant value to the reader. If I've missed something please forgive me but here's posts I've found very insightful and useful in the past few days. They're all less than a week old but all are a day old or more.
There's this story by @arbitrarykitten which ends a little differently than one would expect based on the title of the post. I liked this one a lot and found the author's story to be inspiring and very honest. She put a lot of work into it and I enjoyed reading it.
