The team that'll be going to man the booth still needs volunteers. Right now we just have the two speakers. Logistics for the volunteers are covered by the budget. Meetups as under the definition of a Meetup don't have funding attached to them but there's no reason one can't be held at the same time while everyone is in one spot. If you're able to make it drop a message on the UK discord please.

Maybe a good idea if @steevc can include the event in the Britlist for October as everyone is listed and tagged in that.
I guess what would be helpful to know is what outcomes we are looking for from the event?
Will there be a press campaign/releases around the event and the presentations?
