RE: Value Plan Q4 2025 Proposal and Event Overview

I don't think any reasonable person would expect us to do Justin Sun level stunts. On this front I fully understand you, and agree.

I did not know dashboards are being worked on, this is excellent news. I hope they are ready really soon too.

But, and this is my only but. Can we do better right now?

I'll be blunt my friend. I'll ask the question that might win me some hate, but I sincerely wish to know. We all do.

How many people have we onboarded because of the Rally car?

I ask this question with a friendly smile on my face, I promise. I don't hate the car. Rally races are cool. Its also cool to see our logo in such a visible way.

So I'm not asking if its awesome (it is), or if we should even be proud of it. Maybe we should be proud of having a Rally car we own.

I want to know: Has it worked?

If someone replies to me and says: 900 onboards, account @rallycarcuration creates them, etc etc. I'll never mention the car again. The plan is working. I just have no clue, I suspect most of us don't.

Btw, I'm not picking on the Rally Car per se. It might be the best thing we are doing, although I doubt it, since McSam's work is without a doubt the best thing we are doing for humanity, not just hive.

Sort:

The rally car mostly counts partners and similar leads in its KPIs. Its a tool for getting our foot in the door. It only does straight onboards during conferences. It's done very well. It also saved a lot of money during conferences where it was used as all we need is a car instead of an expensive stand. The other metric of the car is in televised rally coverage and fans at the rally and watching it. Those exposure numbers are very high. I believe we had it pegged at a million during just a few of the races.

Right now the goal is to have the rallies connected to side events for in-person onboarding and B2B. This is another one where we may need to use that QR code method although since the events are typically outdoor we may have enough space for Checkinwith.
