Ontario:
The legal age to buy vapor equipment and e-juices here is 19 years of age. You are even supposed to be 19 to enter a vape shop. – Jan/2016. It is also by law for the vape shop to ask and see government issued ID. This is the same age restriction for tobacco products alike.
However, at this time we have no laws on vaping inside, the workplace, restaurants, smoke free zones, etc...(Municipality could be different). Unless the building deems it a smoke free building. It is also proper vaping etiquette for fellow vapers to not smoke in crowds of people, in the work place, close to doors - where people are walking in an out. We want to show people that we are responsible vapers.
The Ontario government has delayed the bill to take a more harsh stance on vaping until the end of the year.
