Sometimes I wonder what's up with society. How did we get to this point? Do people even realize what's going on? On a beautiful snowy day as I walk to grab something from the hotel while I'm in Reno, I throw out some stuff that's been on my mind about the world. Thanks @mikesthoughts for your Commentary. Yeah , I agree with you on the current Leadership. Seems to be a titling of people in our Country who are emerged into 'reality based thinking' versus those who are emerged into 'fear based thinking'.
What really is the irony of all this is the group in the latter. This group so intently purports to be guided by Faith and a strong belief in the God of Abraham and that is all they need to overcome worries and fear. But yet they are completely immersed in anxiety and fear... i.e. they have to have hi impact assault weapons to protect themselves, they have to have a big silly Wall to protect them from the outside World, they have to have Laws that protect them from other ethnic groups from other Countries who may want to migrate here via airplanes.
It's just bizarre and does not make sense to me as I too have Faith in the same Deity as them but I don't bask myself in this 'Fear driven mindset' they are overcome with.
