A simple naive girl in this story goes about explaining how an innocent high school girl in her teens goes about explaining her life through the process of self hatred, deaths and what she learn from it. It all started with her ability to trust everybody, isn't it very tough to trust everybody?? Well, it wouldn't be tough if you are innocent and you don't know anything about the wrong happening of the society.
People called her ugly, slutty, goth, useless worthless and what not!!! She didn really care to start off with, but when such name calling becomes habit of many it started getting onto her. She started believing them and their words. Guys used to touch her way she wouldn't want them to, they used to punch her, bully her and even trip.... She let them do that to her!!! Why?? Because she thought she might hurt them.
Even the boy she liked beat her up along with his impotent friends just because this girl did not give him what he wanted. He even insisted her to go and kill herself as her death would not mean anything to anything, the girl was visibly depressed. She was going out of her way to please everyone. She listened to this too, she went home and cut her arms and legs.
The girl had lost all her friends and was waiting for human companionship. She would do anything to please people around her, she let anyone and everyone to come and rule her life and she quietly listened!!!Everyone started taking advantage of the same, she had lost all her self esteem and was a very vulnerable teen. It was now self harm, depression had become very serious problems in her life. Her thought were replaced by suicidal thoughts round the clock.
Everytime she had a failed suicide attempt she used to think she even worthless to commit a suicide!!! Well, thats sad to many isnt it?? But something different happened with this girl, she realized life only after failing to take it in her own hands.
She told herself she is worth something, atleast something...she is not totally useless.... this cant be the end of her life.... she does not have to die just because she failed to please some useless people around her who don't even care for her life. She is worth something!!! Definitely!!! Who thinks so?? She herself thinks so, God thinks so and her family thinks so, isnt this a very valid reason to not succumb to the depression ??? Trust me this is best reason to live!!!!
But then what about all the hardships she went through till now?? It only made her stronger and made her get ready for all the hardships of life!!! Is she weak mentally then?? No she is not, it was just a temporary phase of her life, at some point in time every person is down mentally and emotionally. The way we may express it may be different but the issue is the same!!!
Just remember one thing there are million of them similar to you, you are not alone in this fight, people who understand your issue, people who support your dreams always stand by you. World is designed as such. You go through a tough phase of life and then you graduate out of it with distinction to face the rest of life head on!!!
