Some of us are known for always plugging our phones for overnight. Charging our phones frequently can cause harm and damage to your phone battery.Keep your phone's battery between 65% and 75%.
Keep your phone charged to at least just 65-75%. This is more like an optimal point to maintain your phone power.Never fully charge your battery.
Although we might wake up to a100% charged battery but it itself very good for our battery life. Even if you battery gets to 100%, do not unplug the your charger.Never use your phone when plugged.
Avoid pressing your phone when charging your battery. This could not only be harmful to you in person but could also reduce the health of your phone battery.
