Review: Hive 5, My Favorite Coffee Mug

in #waivio2 years ago

Hive 5
My Favorite Coffee Mug- Given to me in a gift package by my parents on their last anniversary. My father has since lost his 10 year battle with cancer, so it holds a bit more meaning than other mugs in my cupboard. Nothing exceptional, just one of the many things in my life that allow me a moment to pause and remember what a great father he was.

Hello @kklane ! This is @chillwithshanna from @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) team. Congratulations for making your first post on hive and we welcome you to this awesome community!

Here at Hive we would love to get to know new users well. So the best way to start is to do an introduction post. You can choose whatever information you would like to share about yourself, be creative! Add pictures and also you might want to share how you discovered hive. If someone introduced you to hive, tag them in your introduction post to thank them. This will help other Hivers get to know you and be comfortable supporting your works here.

We have a lot of Communities you can subscribe to which are all categorized based on interest or topics. Share your blogs there to have a wider range of audience or you can check out the Communities Incubation Program.

Since content on the Hive platform is monetized, using other people’s ideas or images could be considered as an offense and which is also viewed in a serious light on the blockchain. Here is a useful collection of resources about how plagiarism and abuse is viewed and handled on Hive.

If you are looking for tips and information as a Hive newbie, click here: Newbie guide. If you have questions, you can hop into Discord server and we'll gladly answer your questions. Feel free to tag @lovesniper @chillwithshanna once you have made your awesome introduction post!
Happy Blogging!

Thanks for the welcome, and the words of caution. I'm very aware of the creative rights of others, and always reference any borrowed info that I use in any of my posts, which are relatively few in number. Anything that is developed via my creative side, is done in ways that have little chance of intentioned plagiarism, other than by sheer coincidence.
But especially so, since noone really is 100% original, as we all adapt everything we do from having experienced, viewed or heard of anothers example, either by impression or perspective. So it is unavoidably, going to come out in our creations, having been influenced in part or in whole, by those things we've learned or developed appreciation for. But that's just being unnecessarily theoretical.
In reality, Plagiarism is theft and fraudulet deceit rolled into one: for the artist being plagiarized, for the art enthusiast being duped, and for the person committing the fraud, snice they'll always know in the recesses of their conscience that the expression wasn't theirs to being with, so they'll never be able to truly and authentically enjoy any praise received as a byproduct of their crime. Hollow joy through misplaced praise, at best.
