My son was watching on flight tracker and was able to take this photo of the plane that his wife was on as it flew over their home. 10 days is the longest they have ever been apart. She is on the ground in line at passport control. Yay!

When did you bought it? If a few days ago, then probably you have the right to ask for a refund, and send back the phone. But maybe this is different from country to country.
