A Good Night Sleep is implicit in a very Good Morning.

Improper sleep, abrupt sleep cycle, hangover, etc create sleep debt and could affect your cognitive ability. So make sure you pay that sleep debt by taking additional rest to ensure a very Good Morning again.

Sure...we can take it on.......insomnia ki bimari badhti jaa rhi hai.....the much touted night culture is actually not a healthy habit.....not getting judgmental but we must have an informed choice.

Sleep early and woke up early, is my routine from childhood

That's the healthy way of living and that should be a family culture too because then the kids will learn and inculcate this habit.
