Hive is decentralised meaning it’s stored on multiple servers.
The metadata for sure, but images, videos I think are stored in traditional servers. And not the binary data saved in the hive chain
This would make the most sense. Imagine the load if images from all UIs where stored the same place 🤯 Not impossible, but I can imagine it would have a huge impact on the load times
