I just woke up and sadly my GERD issue has started to kick back in again so may be I shall start walking also my appetite is down. I hardly slept for 2 hours was hoping to get more quality sleep.

Yes after a good sleep for 5-6 hours will be enough for recovery 👍

Yes but am out of melatonin and dont like other sleep drugs ill just have to endure this period of pain perhaps.
