Web 3.0

in #web3 years ago

Web 3.0 has decentralized network it means that data is not kept at a fixed location, typically on single server and now users can own their data. Different data generators could now also sell or share their data without losing ownership.
Decentralized technologies such as blockchain uses smart contracts to execute transactions. As a result, everyone must use the shared state machine who wants to develop a blockchain application.
Some of the disadvantages of Web 3.0 are as follows. There would be need to expand the capabilities and qualities, to make the technology accessible to more people. Once web 3.0 is fully implemented on internet then the websites built on web 1.0 would become obsolete. Reputation management would be more important than ever due to easier access to user's information and reduced privacy provided by Web 3.0.
