- Drink water alot

- Sleep enough - It's God's gift

- Eat protein in breakfast & be wise in intake

- Least exercise - What you like to do and can do

- Eat your meal slower - Enjoy every bite

- Keep yourself a little hungry

- Reduce sugar intake - If can't - Increase Exercise

- Believe - Believe & Believe in self ability " I can loose weight"
