香蕉饼
准备下周早餐，香蕉饼
制作过程：
1、 准备3根香蕉，切成小段放入盆中，准备两个鸡蛋，打散后充分搅拌，然后淋在香蕉上
2、 把香蕉放入料理杯打成糊状，在香蕉糊中放入5克干酵母，5克白糖，搅拌均匀，再分批倒入面粉，边倒边搅拌，最后搅拌成稠一些的面团，醒发40分钟到1个小时，注意醒面时外部要保持30到40度的温度，可以先用蒸锅烧水，大概40度左右，再把面团放入蒸锅里盖上盖密闭醒发
3、 准备一些蔓越莓干和葡萄干，切成碎块，等面团醒发后，加入切好的蔓越莓干和葡萄干，再充分均匀搅拌
4、 在电饼铛下层刷一层食用油，用铲子把面糊平铺在上面，摊平整，撒一些黑白芝麻，这样更营养，再盖上盖二次醒发10分钟左右
5、 在电饼铛上层刷一层食用油，开上下火烙5分钟左右，这样香喷喷的香蕉大饼就熟了
香蕉饼外皮金黄酥脆，内里膨松柔软，吃起来香甜可口，非常适合老人和小朋友。
