得心应手

很多人在工作几年以后，就变得得心应手，游刃有余了。这世界上大部分的工作其实都不需要什么创新，因此，在你变成“熟手”以后，几乎闭着眼睛都能完成，就像是进入了自动驾驶系统，完全不需要你主动参与，事情就办完了。

这时候人会感觉很爽，认为一切尽在掌握，便会放松警惕，在“自动”运行一段时间后，也没出啥问题，就继而放松自己，不再要求变化了。

这个时候恰恰是最危险的时刻。人会习惯这样的状态，人天性都是懒散的，能够坐着绝不站着，能不动脑尽量不动，时间长了，就成为了一颗锈在那里的螺丝钉，表面上看没啥问题，还起着连接作用，但一旦有所变动，用螺丝刀去拧的时候，才发现已经无法受力，锈断了。

所以，我们要警惕那种得心应手的感觉，它可能是葬送你理想的魔鬼，只是换了一副极具诱惑的脸来迷惑你。
