RE: Summer update: Kinoko Kombucha promoting Hive on it's label, HF24, HiveWallet and analog hobbies. And then some.

I am a great believer in kombucha, it is incredible and a bit complicated for me to understand how you merge the chain of blocks with it, my question would be what process to use to bottle? I understand that the liquid should be filtered and then pasteurized, greetings

Sort:

We provide unpasteurised Kombucha, hence working meticulously clean and hygienic is key. We have sent batches to the food lab for investigation to keep a professional eye on its contents. Yes prior to bottling we filter the raw Kombu through very fine filters to get out left over yeast bits, which are perfectly fine to drink, but make for a less then optimal experience, structure wise.

We bottle the kombucha in house and cool them until delivered at the cooled fridge of our resellers.
