How to become a Steem Witness ?

I am dinu computer science engineer, and i m into the crypto world since 2013 and i have lost few dollars. I have learned few from the loss. Then i decided to guide people into this world of cryptocurrency. I have domain bitcoinraja.com making way for the common people to get into and become one in the #cryptocurrency world, and provide guidance and consulting. I am into Steemit since June 2017 and can't able to invest in this platform and now i have bought 50 Steem. I am looking to invest few more and wants to know how to become steem witness.
