RE: How the Women Are Working At Women Empowerment Part-9

in #women6 years ago

Very powerful words in your post. I have not been able to get back to your blog for some time due to my family issues. Looks like everyone has been busy and progress has been made.

I know we are from different cultures yet some unfortunate things are common...My own daughter was in a bad marital situation many years ago. When she became concerned for her safety and her daughter's safety she found the strength to walk away. I recall telling her that she needed to get to the point in her life where she could fully take care of herself and her daughter, that she should never have to get herself in a situation where she "has to stay"...

She got some training enough to get a job and worked hard at building a life for herself and my granddaughter. She taught that empowerment to my granddaughter who turned out to be an exceptional woman. The key though here it that she was able to demonstrate things so my granddaughter could learn at a young age, and then as she got older could my daughter could and did teach her more.

That is some of the potential I see in what you are doing. As these women learn a skill and earn money and have choices, their children will learn by their example.

Sort:

as a woman I strongly agree with what you wrote sir @ r2cornel and my friend @womenempowerment, I am as a mother very proud to see my child happy.tanoa the unfair treatment of husbands. usually women and children often get violence both physical violence as well as mental. I strongly support the protection of children and women.

You really great man @r2cornell

These courageous women deserve all the credit. The are setting the stage for a new future!

@r2cornell sir, It was very good. The women of Bangladesh are self-reliant. And they are going forward for the future development of him.

Wonderful sir

Sorry to hear her story but it was great example for other women who feel fear and sometime compelled to accept circumstances. I believe that nothing is impossible to a willing mind and she proved it for her and her daughter. Take my best regards to her. I may be know your granddaughter who is on steemit as well? She shares some creative work here. Everyone should use 100% of his/her possibility to change life and i am sure your daughter tried to overcome her difficulties by hardwork and she done it.

Well, i am working on the development and hope we can open a new shop where they can work in day time and take order from other local women. Also I will work to get order over internet and so on. Let's see how my effort allow them to change it and also I am happy that people supporting me as well which encourage me a lot too.
