What a ride and that on a Monday woohoo.
31-10-'22 WOO's event was off the charts.
Ill take you with me on this day.
As usual i check in on discord to see whats happening and it was all peace and quiet until i came in WOO discord.
Lots of noise already and it was only 12:30 my time(started at 14:00 but had no clue), all kind of gifs where trown around i was like, wtf is going on here !!!
About that point i think it was Tobias but i cant remember who put a post in discord that the Alpha pack sale was gonna start at 1400h, omg now i understand all the fuss.
Hype Hype in general, the virus(can i still use this word?)has gotten in to me completely.
Like what, now, at this time of the day hmm ok yay.
I usually need to stay up late or get out of bed at ridiculous times for these events but this one is now, i couldn't believe it, was i ready, my blood pressure went up, y'all feel me...lol.
Was sucked straight away into the discord hype, quickly got myself a nice cup of espresso and off we go Hypa Hypa
Its so good to see that everybody is so helpful and kind and couldn't stop spamming gifs inc me.
How much packs are you gonna buy, how do i get woo etc so funny.
There was 1 person who got his liquid locked in pools and couldn't get it out, so lots of fun and drama.

The moment of truth was fast approaching and it became really busy in the chat 30 min and counting, then all of a sudden Booker posted a gif "ARE YOU READY" at that point the whole chat goes WOOMENTAL.
WOO did a livestream of the event on twitch, witch i found out in time but when i listen to the record i wish i new earlier.

Spamming on my mouse to get the first buy order in and all i heard is someone on the stream saying yes succes and i was stuck.
O fuck no way you're shitting me right now, did benchmark and all the day before....
Swapped to discord and there where multiple people claiming succes, as i looked at the stream i saw what it needed to look like and o i think i got one and yes, succes appears on my screen.
Quick another one and another one, so you know i trained my trigger finger specifically for this event, klik klik klik.
But wait there is something wrong the woo is being paid but the packs aint coming out.
In the mean time my finger was doing what he does best, stroking that mouse lmao.
Little tumult in the stream and Tobias was like, close the sale we sold out already.

O god i love myself when i start typing lol...
"99 seconds" ladies and gents in this somewhat hostile environment in a bear market.
$60k in 99 seconds, packs where $2 a pop and they sold 30000.
At this point nobody knew if or how much packs they bought and what transaction went true on the blocks, 99 seconds was 4/5 pages from chain log. There where 9000 packs too much sold due to the intensity of the buy pressure, you can imagine that if that happens in this short time period there is not enough time to react we talking seconds here.
So here i was all my woo gone and no packs and not even knowing if i had bought all i wanted in the first minute and a half.
Fuck all the anticipation, checked back in twitch again, here Booker was looking true the blocks who bought, scrolling from page 8/9 back to 1.
Coming to the conclusion that page 3 is that last page where packs where hooked to the contracts.
The rest was all trying to buy after the 99 sec!!! aiaiai.
I was so relieved to see my name on the first page.
That gave me some confidence that i got at least 100 packs.
In the end my plan was to buy 500 packs but ended up with some more woo so upped my target to 604.
Do you think i got them all?
Few hours fast forward the packs where dripping in my wallet 100, 200, 300, 400 i was extremely happy claimed 400 packs with my trigger finger, WOO.
But it gets even better,
after i had dinner i checked back in and what did i see
500 Packs in my wallet, i obtained my goal even with all this happening so fast.....
Im just doing a happy dance a happy dance
Im so gratefull for having the pleasure of getting know about this game true the pizza community and then especially Beard, ty bro for all this.
I somehow know you will not be reading this but i love what you do man, and you know you got my support right😙. Ok thats that, lmao😜.
So now i am the proud owner of 500 packs, at the time of writing 450 left, gave away 2 packs and opend 48 and got a gold belt Brother In Arms
These GB are extremely rare so luck is on my side for a change even if its a common im still stoked
Awesome for the team but awful for all peeps who where hyped for buying packs and did not stand a chance, there is always a solution.
Dont worry if you did not get in on general sale there will be plenty of people selling their packs for $2 cause we feel ya.
Atm they are even cheaper packs on the market so go and dont miss out buy your packs on the market while under $2
