When you applied for work for sure some of us are looking forward for the benefits, Health benefits, our SSS PHILHEALTH and PAG-IBIG. For me it's all I ever wanted when applying for work because it may help you in the future. For example in emergency you can use your Philhealth and SSS, and if you want to loan some money you can use your Pag-ibig and SSS.
That's the benefits that the employee's may have. Employee also should have paid holidays, paid special holidays,paid leave,sick leave or many other.
But why some employers like mine particularly, didn't post our payment. ''HE'S NOT A MAN WITH HIS WORDS''. He promised us a lot of benefits but until now ZERO, NOTHING we receive nothing but he's lies. In every salary he deducted us on our benefits but when you check it personally ZERO hahaha.. We can go to DOLE or on LABOR for your actions Sir, but we did'nt do it why?? because we respected you as our boss. But when times comes and our patience will turn into something bad, were very sorry just explain yourself in court haha.. You didn't give us a contact either so we can do AWOL every time we want..

Some establisment is like that specially if people in position pointed themselve as a boss not a leader and only concern on whta amount going through there pocket and bank account.
