Work Life: What changed in my life when i started work

2017 is the year my life changed

i graduated High School in Australia and i am going to University
After graduating High School i decided to get a casual job with my chances i get a full time job.
i didn't work until 20th Jan 2018 even though i applied for work in December

with this new job i work 7 hrs from 8am-3pm
After i either fall asleep or go to gym and have about 4 hours to relax and do what ever i want, which is basicly shit and boring
The Questions is: How do people enjoy working from 8-3 or 9-5 jobs and still enjoy life
