I think that is the case with everyone though. Trying to find balance in that is apart of life. You know, you got people who are "workaholics" and while they might be achieving success it is at the cost of their happiness. Or you have people who look to do something that makes them genuinely happy but then it might cost them time they could have spent working. If you want my opinion I think it is good to just find balance in your life, work, etc. Too much of anything can be bad, even happiness. So then work is more important to him than his wellbeing? So for him to be successful or fulfill perfection in his career he needs to abandon all emotion. However, if he does not go that path he will be overwhelmed by his emotion? That sort of reminds me of the typical stereotype of a business man on Wall Street analogy. you know, the business guys who probably destroyed lives or did something horrible to get where they are and etc)
