Wide Pushups
Lunges
Situps
Side lunges
Scapula pushups
Lying hip raises
Leg raises
Pike pushup
Calf raise left
Calf raise right
20 seconds work then move into the next exercise immediately. 2 rounds. Then move onto:
Burpee x5
Plank 30 seconds
3 rounds. No rest.
Thanks, ill let you know what I think of it. I dont know what scapula pushups are, i can google it though
