World spinning around

Sometimes I feel like whole world just stooped spinning and I am just standing here for no reason, like nothing matters in this world and everything is perfectly fine, or perfectly wrong, but none of it matters because it's all the same and nothing changing in the entire world at this peaceful moment. But those moments goes away pretty fast and world starts spinning around again and this time maybe even faster than before.
