There are many interest groups having their interests in the different companies around the world. And experts, internal employees and people can have their opinion or meaning about what is going on in business life.
You know, everything that we know in the businesses today, started some time! And there are many concepts, many methods, much data and several strategies to understand the firm. And the firm is also consisting of interest groups, trying to say different things in the media. And they are also eventually write sometimes before or after being exposed on TV, on radio, or in the newspapers around the world. And the best people can be everywhere, because you are picking that phone with the relations you have around you!
Many things seem strange at the upper level in societies. How did this business life as we all experience from time to time really start? You know, it started when the idea was born, and when there was a need for different people coming together to solve business operations! Other things are: What and why are you telling what you are telling the different students in the universities and colleges? Which implications do different courses and different learning have for the learning of building firms, organizations and societies? Many, of course. But how can you be certain about the values of right being there inside the organization in question? Who is telling you the truth? Maybe, Harvard is best to offer the students and the employees the best opportunities. But we have also important business schools in many countries, and you and I should use the competence to get complete utility and justice about what is happening. And my message is worth the gold medal, because I know what people think when saying what they are saying, and I try to fullfill the reasoning by asking how and why.
The different interest groups can be in conflict or in harmony with earch other. Life is not just easy always in all ways! Sometimes, you need competence and complex thinking to think! And the alleged oldest commercial corporation in the world, the Stora Kopparberg mining community in Falun, Sweden, obtained a charter from King Magnus Eriksson in 1347. Hence, it was Sweden that was first with the corporation, but the teamwork and people doing efforts together have a much longer history. But we need not dwell with all incidents at all areas in all firms for all of its operations! We should concentrate our efforts for one or some firms, and you and I are free to choose what we like, and what we should use our time within!
So, what do we think about business life today? We should use our competence with philosophy, information, finance, strategy, marketing, economics, economic history, economic geography, and many more issues. And you find people being educated for firms and organizations in the universities and colleges around the world. We are using theories and methods to understand. And our reasoning can be qualitative and/or quantitative. Qualitative or quantitative methods have the same value, but you should think about when qualitative methods are qualitative better to use than quantitative methods, and when quantitative methods are better to use than qualitative methods. We have these methods, just to use «The Hammer of Eden», and that means to explain how anything should be understood and be interpreted in the same and the different agendas.
Every firm in private business life, needs a board. And every firm should be led of a strong and visible leader, which is having the trust from the employees. Any business is consisting of human assets and capital assets, and we are trying to use inputs, processes and outputs in such manners that it leads to pleasure and satisfaction. And in the long run, the companies must be led with surplus, or there could be bankruptcy. But we do not find long competence in all positions, so the firms vary!
