Good night steemian best friend, on this night I will share my first post for the companions of steemit which is about a stone village that existed in Portugal.
Monsanto is a village located in the southeast of Serra de Estrela, Portugal. Most of the village's buildings are made of stone and was squeezed between giant rocks, the streets of this village made of rocks.
In the past this village was a stronghold of Portuguese nation and it has been very popular in Europe. At the top of the Hill of the village there is a castle that was very old. The castle was used as a command to fight the invasion of Napoleon. View of the village would be more wonderful if in the view of the Castle.
