I'm learning to be okay with this.
How do I express my rage constructively? Is there a way to use my platform to protest injustice without simply adding to the noise? Or am I doomed to always be a contributor to the anger that travels so quickly online these days?
Art, writing, physical exercise, music, and strong relationships with my loved ones have all given me the right outlets to express myself. I've been blessed with a number of interests and talents that have enabled me to explore the world through my heart, my mind, and my senses. And not everything is positive or happy.
But when I pray, I pray for God to bless the work of my hands, my feet, and my voice. And sometimes that means feeling and expressing the anger that burns inside of me.

That's a hard question. Half the time I'm angry, those I'm in conversation with think I'm being dismissive or divisive. The only ones with whom I can really share anger are the ones that are angry for the same reasons. And that just makes it worse.
