No man is all strength, we all have our weaknesses.
Moreso, It is only in true unity that the strength of one can compensate for the weakness of another.
And like the known saying goes, united we stand and divided we fall, it further proves that there is great strength in unity. So when the weak unites with the right frame of mind and the desired team spirit, they become strong. For unity first identifies their individual strengths and weaknesses, then it compensates for those weaknesses with the strengths identified in others, thereby harnessing and maximizing the strength of all.
Good advice, that. Cooperation is what works best.
