Nobody at my shop likes doing social media, so we hire someone to do it. I think that's the turn-off: it's totally commercial. Like we've turned our lives into one of those newspaper catalogs that come in the mail and get thrown out without a second glance.
I hardly ever post anything myself. Although I do like watching my old highschool girlfriends' kids grow up on facebook.
