How mind becomes clear with pranayama and meditation

in #yoga4 years ago

To be healthy in pure sense everyone is required to do 'pranayama' and meditation to make the mind and senses pure and stable. This gives rise to divine powers in humans. The patient also becomes healthy through pranayama. By doing pranayama, the defects of mind and senses are removed and the mind becomes pure.

The mind becomes calm and stable, the mind's instincts stop. Aayusha (age) increases. Both microscopic and gross bodies develop.

There are three types of Pranayama - Complement, Kumbhak and Laxative. Complementation means filling the pure air completely in the body. Blood is purified by filling pure air in the body. Kumbhak means to keep the air filled in the lungs stable and laxative means to expel the filled air slowly from the nose. removal. These three verbs mean that we should do breathing actions. Slowly fill the air in the lungs, hold it in for some time and after that, take it out slowly, due to which the contaminated air comes out of the body.

Complementary, Kumbhak and Laxative is 'Pranayama' by combining all three. Do this activity for 10 to 15 minutes. Pranayama increases self-esteem and pure feelings arise in the mind. Perform 'Pranayama' to become a deep, healthy and powerful person.

Meditation is not the process of separating oneself from the world or locking oneself from all sides, rather it gives an understanding of the truth of the world. Meditation means going beyond this world. In meditation you will be able to see yourself and the world with the eyes of your conscience. Then you will see the beauty of God in this whole world.

Whatever energy is working inside the body. He is all life force. The electric waves working in the body are also vital. Through pulse flow, our sensations reach our brain. When you want to sit in 'meditation' and move your energy to altitude, it is the sushumna nadi (nervous system) that moves the energy up and after going there, the energy goes through the chakras and goes to 'sahasrar'. And from here the sensations go out.

When you meditate, awaken the chakras, your focus is on the chakras, it means that you are arranging your 'hormones and ora'. Every man has an ora and an aura mandala. All the centers of our body are centers of energy.

WE must discipline our life, discipline the body and train the mind, balance our energy and move towards our goal. When you empty your mind by sitting on a pedestal, when there is no fair of thoughts in your mind, then you start flowing in the stream of bliss, stop that bliss for a short time and focus your attention on a good idea. Stabilize Then you reach a point where there is no thought, you go without thinking.

As your attention gets fixed, you will reach towards 'Samadhi'. 'Samadhi' is the deepest state of meditation. Please do pranayama and meditation under the supervision of a skilled yoga teacher.

Thanks for your attention.
